Question 1

What is the Freight Rate Taste Test™?

Accepted Answer

Send me the details of a load you shipped in the past 30 days. I quote that same lane, equipment and timing as if it were booking today, so you can compare my freight quote against what you actually paid.

Question 2

Does a freight quote cost anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to book.

Question 3

Why quote a load I already shipped?

Accepted Answer

Your last invoice is a real benchmark. Comparing a quote on a completed load shows you exactly where you stand, without guessing at future market conditions.

Question 4

What information do I need for a quote?

Accepted Answer

Pickup and delivery locations, dates, equipment type, commodity and weight. For a past load, add what you paid so you can see the comparison side by side.

Question 5

What kinds of freight can you quote?

Accepted Answer

Full truckload dry van, refrigerated and flatbed, step deck and specialized loads, plus partials and LTL. Not sure which fits? Choose "Not sure" and I will recommend one.

Question 6

Will you share the rate I paid?

Accepted Answer

No. The rate details you send are used only to prepare your quote.
